This talk draws on our experiences over the last four years of working with Ruby in India, starting with a Ruby based product startup in 2006, two years spent working on offshore Ruby projects at ThoughtWorks India followed by nearly a year building and running C42 Engineering.

Great talk guys! Loved the Q&A session - does indeed seem like a LOT of people there asking questions about Ruby & India.

Good to note that you share the same vision as me - The requirement of software in India in the next 10 years is indeed going to be more than anything the US has seen in the past 30 years !

Thanks for sharing this great talk and for being so candid. It's really helpful for us on the other side of the equation to learn about the factors that shape and drive the Indian Rails scene.
